Ross founded Galahad after two decades at the intersection of AI, data, and marketing technology — leading teams, building platforms, and advising boards across some of the world's largest media and technology organisations.
As Global CTO at The&Partnership (WPP), he scaled the agency from 15 to 1,500 people and from £80m to £1bn+ in billings, sitting on the Global Board and driving Agile transformation across every function. As Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Cedar (Omnicom), he led the largest client wins in the agency's history — British Airways and WHSmith.
At GroupM, he established a £200m Global Digital Hub for media delivery and analytics, pioneering real-time bidding methodology for Digital OOH in the UK. As Interim CTO at ZerotoOne.ai — a Carnegie Mellon AI spinout — he defined the go-to-market strategy and secured McDonald's and Toyota as the first enterprise clients within the first year.
Ross teaches AI strategy to senior executives through Emeritus, alongside faculty from MIT and Stanford, having delivered programmes to 1,000+ leaders. He's a regular commentator on BBC and Bloomberg, was selected for Web Summit's ALPHA programme in 2024, and wrote a book on search marketing in 2002 — a moment that, he says, feels oddly familiar.
